Allow message in shiftpicker: Allow your members to write a message when they go through the shiftpicker. Only select this if you're actually going to read those.
Message placeholder: Write a placeholder for the shiftpicker message text area. This is the grey text that disappears when they start writing.
Hide passed days: If you keep accepting new members to register during your event, should the platform hide passed days? This is good for events that stretch many weeks.
Indicator of jobs that end after midnight: Some jobs might end after midnight. Which indicator do we put after the end-time? Your options are:
the next day
+ 1 day
after midnight
no indicator
Show number of free places in a job: The button to select a job contains the number of free spots in this job. Turn this off to remove that number from the button title.
Text above the daypicker: Add text that is displayed above the daypicker.

Email unconfirmed memberships reminder after: Members that forget to confirm their selection get a reminder email asking them to confirm. Pick a duration after the user is offline to send them an automated email.

Their membership is locked
Their membership is blocked
They have checked in at least once
They have at least one given reward
Confirmation emails
After the member has made its selection of days, jobs, meals, ... Eventication can send a confirmation email. This email only confirms the platform has registered their choice. It does not confirm these choices have been accepted.
We recommend that you leave these email enabled (as is the default) because otherwise you might receive many emails asking if you received their application.
Confirmation emails enabled?: Would you like the platform to send confirmation emails?
Confirmation email only once?: If you select this checkbox, we'll only send the confirmation email once after the member has confirmed their choice. If the member or a moderator makes changes, no follow-up email is sent.
Confirmation email after user is offline for: The members receive the confirmation email with an overview of what they have selected (or received). Set the timing here when they should receive it. This value is the time the user has to be offline. If the user is still online, they might still change something.
Extra text in availability confirmation email: Customise the text in the confirmation email. You could use this to tell your members to be at the location an hour before their first shift, ...
