This guide will help you integrate with your Eventication platform. This powerful integration allows event organizers like you to extend the capabilities of Eventication by leveraging See Tickets for entry ticket management. Let's dive into the details of how this integration works and how you can make the most out of it.

Overview

The integration between Eventication and See Tickets brings a new layer of convenience and functionality to your event planning and production. By connecting See Tickets with your Eventication account, you now have the ability to issue actual entry tickets directly to your or . This not only simplifies the ticketing process but also enhances the experience for your event attendees by using only one platform. And it saves you a lot of clicks.

  • Cost-free integration: This integration is offered at no additional charge for all current and future Eventication customers, aligning with our commitment to providing value-added services.

  • Automated ticketing for members: Connect tickets to our rewarding system, enabling automated distribution based on various filters.

  • Moderator permissions: Control who can issue tickets within your organization by utilizing moderator permissions.

We only allow one ticket partner to be integrated per event.

Getting Started

Add the integration

On our integration page you can select a new integration using the button. A new information box will be shown with a button to contact us. We will request access to See Tickets for your event and inform you when the integration has been approved.

Approved

See Tickets has approved our request 🎉. This means they have added the Eventication integration to your See Tickets company. Now you have to select which tickets will be used on Eventication.

Select products (tickets)

Here we will configure which products the integration can access.

  • Go to the See Tickets and log in with the credentials you received from See Tickets.

  • Click on , then on and select your event.

  • Once your event has opened, click on .

  • On this page you will see the new integration. It should have the name Eventication Integration. Click on it.

  • The top of the page displays the title . These products will be the products that are synced to Eventication, but it's empty right now. Let's fix that.

  • Click on , select the products you want to access using Eventication, click on and finally click on .

Now you selected the product which will be synced to Eventication

Sync products to Eventication

Go back to Eventication and open up the See Tickets integration. Click on Products on top of the page. This page will probably be empty because we JUST linked our first products to the integration. Click the refresh button on the top right. This will start a background process that will ask See Tickets a list of all the linked products. Refresh the page after about 10 seconds to see those products.

Eventication will automatically sync the See Tickets products every hour. If you add a new product on the See Tickets website and want to use it right away, the sync button is your best friend.

Which products are okay?

New products that are synced from See Tickets to Eventication are unusable by default. To start actually using them you can open up a product on the Eventication website and click the Use on eventication? button, which will change its title to "Yes".

There is a good reason why new products are unusable by default. If somebody changes the products list on the See Tickets website by accident, these products are protected from use on Eventication by making them unusable. Otherwise mistakes like this tend to linger around for a long time before they are noticed.

Start using the integration

The integration setup is now complete. From this moment you can start distributing official entry tickets to (using our system) or to on your lists. Click the links to find more specific information about those.

Assign Moderator Permissions

Decide who in your organization will have the authority to issue and configure tickets. This step is crucial for maintaining control over ticket distribution. Moderators can have specific permissions about the ticket integration, divided in view and edit permissions.
