# Food & Beverages

Our food & beverages module can be used to serve catering to the people working for your event.

### Kind of food or beverage

On Eventication you can have up to 5 different kind

* Breakfast
* Lunch
* Dinner
* Midnight Snack
* Drink

### Export

Want to download an **extensive list of ALL the selections**? Click the button and start your export. You will receive an overview of all the selections, who they belong to and wether they have been picked up or not.

### Name

All food & beverages have a public and an internal name. **Public names** are shown to people who can choose something to eat or drink, **internal names** are only visible to your **event moderators**.

### Price

Your catering options **can have a price**. This price will be shown when public users can choose catering. If you **do not set a price**, the food or beverage will be **shown as "free"**.

### Show price

Would you like the price to show up outside the moderator section?

### Public share link

**Share one**: Once you created your food or beverage, you will see a public share link on the detail page. This link can be shared with people who do not have an Eventication account or are moderator of your event. Use it to share with your caterer who needs to see the latest amounts for ordering enough food and drinks.

**Share multiple**: Click the icon and select multiple food and beverages. The platform will generate a unique URL for you that you can share with your caterer.

### Dashboard

Click the graph icon to open the food & beverages dashboard. It gives you a live overview of how distribution is going across your event.

At the top you'll find three stat cards: how many items were given today and the pick-up rate for today, how many were given up until today with the pick-up rate so far, and the totals and pick-up rate for the whole event.

Below that, you can select an operation day to dive into the detail. For that day you'll see a breakdown per individual food or beverage item (planned vs given), and a stacked bar chart showing how many items were given per hour, split by category. A chart spanning a window of days shows planned vs given per day per category, and you can scroll back and forth across the event.
