Double confirmation

Make sure they confirm, again.

If you have double confirmation turned on you can find the current status of the member on top of the page. The status can be:

• Page closed: This person doesn't have access yet to their double confirmation page.

• Page open, waiting: This person can access their double confirmation page, but hasn't confirmed or rejected yet.

• Confirmed: The person has confirmed (accepted) their planning.

• Rejected: The person has rejected their planning.

You can

• open or close their double confirmation page (this page is customisable)

• confirm it manually or request confirmation

Requesting confirmation will result in an email to this person. This email is customisable.
