As a question about stock data

Per stock type you can create questions that need to be asked to the leaser. When adding a new question you can edit some settings:

Show at lease start: Show this question when the lease is starting

Require before lease start: Require an answer on this questions before the lease starts

Show at lease end: Show this question when the lease is being ended

Require before lease end: Require an answer on this questions before the lease starts

Show only once: If this checkmark is ticked, the question only has to be solved on the first lease. Otherwise we'll ask it every new lease.
