# WeezPay

### Our integration with WeezPay

### Integration details

The Eventication and WeezPay servers can communicate about your event. Once the connection has been made between the two platforms, you are able to top up wristbands of your suppliers, volunteers and others.

### Important notice regarding WeezPay integration

Please be aware that the integration with WeezPay has a **limitation**: Eventication does not receive confirmation for top-up or revoke top-up actions. When you initiate these actions from Eventication, the data is sent to WeezPay, but we do not receive any verification of success or failure. You can always request WeezPay for clarification about an action as they can verify on their platform.&#x20;

Also, top-ups are collected and sent to WeezPay every minute.

We only allow **one** top up partner to be integrated per event.

### Enable the integration

In your event, go to [Integrations](https://docs.eventication.com/event/general/integrations) in the [General](https://docs.eventication.com/event/general) tab and add WeezPay as a new integration. Contact us after this step so we can request access from our internal contact at WeezPay.&#x20;

### Approved

Once that connection has been approved, Eventication will pull down the currencies from the WeezPay platform. Mark certain currencies as "**Use on platform**". We do this as ALL currencies are synced to Eventication, and you might not want to use them all on our website.

### Sync

Once our admins have turned on the synchronization of the people in your event, wallets will automatically be created for them and attached to their Eventication ticket QR code.

### Ready!

The setup is completed. You can now fully use the integration. Start topping up people's wallets, or create rewards.

### Start of your event

Once your event has started, WeezEvent will provide you with scanners to attach a person to their personalized wristband. Scan the Eventication QR code (ticket) and scan a wristband. The link has now been made, and the person can use their top ups.
