Forms that register themselves

The registration page allows you to configure this list as being self-registering. You just share a private link with somebody and they can start adding their own form, people and vehicles (within the boundaries you set).

The private link will be shown if the list is marked as online.

Online: Do you want enable this self-registration? If you set this to no, only moderators can add new forms in this list and no private link will be created.

If you set your list as online, it can only be set offline if it's empty (doesn't have any forms). If you would like to stop people from signing up, close the list using the 'Close registration at' attribute with a date in the past (below).

Email address to notify when a new form requests approval: When a new form has requested approval, the platform will send an email to this email address.

Welcome page: The text you want to show on the registration page for creating new forms.

Close registration at: The date and time you want this self-registering to close.

Default form close time: Every form should have a date and time when editing is halted. This setting is the default for all newly self-registered forms. This can be adjusted per form.

Registrations must be approved?: If enabled, every registration will have to be approved by a moderator. If disabled, all forms will be automatically approved by the platform.

If you have approvals enabled, you are unable to disable it unless the list is empty.

Allow creating people and vehicles before being approved?: This will allow the accreditation requester to add people and vehicles before submitting the application and before being approved. If you turn this setting off, the requester can only add people and vehicles after they have been approved.

Auto approve after creation by moderator?: When a moderator creates a form, should this form be automatically approved?
