Settings

Online: Online means the event is accessible outside the moderator platform. A link will be shown that you can share with people.

Secret event?: Make this event secret. It will not show up on the public events page of the platform and will only be accessible with a unique URL.

Secret events have a "s" parameter in the URL.

Example: https://www.eventication.com/events/pc2023?s=fe2fmi5bu1

Without this parameter the event will not be shown.

Supported languages: The event might support multiple languages. If so, every translateable text field will show multiple languages for you to fill.

For now the platform supports English, Dutch and French

Address: The event address. Your members will see this.

Minimum age: The minimum age a person needs to have to join the event as a member.

Minimum age at: The moment this person needs to be the minimum age. Your options are:

  • on the first event day: This person needs to be X years old on the first event day. For example: Needs to be 20 years old by the time we start working.

  • at the end of the year of the first event day: This person needs to be X years at the end of the year of the first event day. For example: Needs to be 20 years old by the end of the year.

Eventication will only allow people to register starting from 15 years old.

Member contact email address: A company email address that will be used if members contact the platform or the event.

Hide unaccessible substations?: As you know, you can limit a moderator's access to substations. If they can only see a limited number, by default they can see unclickable links to the other substations. If you just want to hide those, turn on this setting.

Show jobs in member calendar: When members receive a confirmation email about their choice to work for your event, they can subscribe to a calendar where all their days/jobs will be shown. If you deselect this, they will only see the days they work, not the jobs.

Maximum number of members: Set a maximum number of people you want in your event. After this, no new people can join the event via the shiftpicker. Leave empty to remove this limit.
