Some settings on this page are only available for events using our on site wristband printers.

General

Invalidate old if a new one is created?

If you print or attach a new wristband, the platform will invalidate all other wristbands. This way only one can be active at the same time.

Print zones on wristbands?

If you don't want zones to be printed on the wristbands, turn this setting off.

Asterisk replaces non-allowed zones?

If you turn this setting on, the zones on the wristband will look like 1 2 * * A * C D * Otherwise it will look like 1 2 A C D.

Day notation

Pick your day notation for the wristbands:

• Date: 20/09 01/12

• 3 letters of the day: FRI SAT SUN

Days to hide on the wristbands

Click the days you do not want to show on the wristbands.

Some of our events hide all buildup and breakdown days from their wristbands.

QR code & logo config on your wristbands

Would you like to replace the "Logo for wristbands" with another copy of the QR code? Or maybe start with the logo, then the QR code? Here are your options:

• first the logo, then the QR code

• first the QR code, then the logo

• QR code twice

• logo twice

Logo for wristbands

Upload the actual logo you would like to see printed on the wristbands. These printers only print black dots, so upload a black and white image for the best result. All other colors will be turned in a black dot or no dot at all, depending the blackness threshold.

Automatically disable at time?

If a person from one of the selected filters (below) has a wristband, the platform will automatically disable it at (for example) 02:00am. This is the same value as "allow check in/out of zones after midnight". You can pick filters for the members and form visitors that will have their wristbands disabled.

If no filter is selected, wristbands of people of that type will not be disabled automatically.

People who do not belong to the selected filter will not have their wristband disabled.

Allow printing if the person has no zones?

This setting allows you to prevent your checkin personnel from printing wristbands for people who have no zones. They will receive a visual error when attempting to print.

Allow printing if the person has no visiting day today or later?

This setting allows you to prevent your checkin personnel from printing wristbands for people who have no future visiting days (including today). They will receive a visual error when attempting to print.

Preview

This page allows you to create previews of the wristbands. This is a good way of choosing which colors you would like to use.

Disclaimer

• These bracelets are for example purposes only, they will not scan during the event.

• Changing "logo for wristbands" will need about 2 minutes to redraw the image for the wristbands, so give it some time.

Many events use the previews to create wristbands and download them for your signage at zone scan locations.
