# Scan app devices

One of the services Eventication can deliver is scan devices. Find out more detailled information about these devices [here](/event/misc/4g-scan-devices.md).

## List

This page displays a list of the rented devices. If you have currently rented devices the top of the page will show a map followed by the list. This page will auto refresh depending on the heartbeats the devices send to Eventication every 30 seconds.

This will update:

* The battery status percentage
* If the device is charging or not
* If the Eventication app is at the foreground or not
* The current logged in moderator, or the last logged in moderator

## Map

This page is just an enlarged version of the map in the previous section.

## Usage

Here you can find an overview of the usage of the device. For scan app devices you will see a table that has the different devices in the rows and the different event days in the columns. Per day per device you get a number of actions a device has done (given a meal, checked somebody into a zone, checked into a parking, ...).

At the bottom and at the right side of the page you can find cumulative information about a single device or a single day. In the right bottom corner you can find the total number of actions.

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that the usage numbers are calculated once per hour.
{% endhint %}

To place your order, please go to the [Hardware](/event/hardware/scan-app-devices.md) section in your event and click on [orders](/event/hardware/orders.md).
