Who supplied this hardware?

All hardware articles must have a supplier attached. This makes it easy to know where an article came from or to whom you should return it after the event.

Suppliers are managed at the event company level: every event within your organisation shares the same supplier list. When you add or edit a supplier from within an event, that change is visible across all your events.

When adding a supplier you can add some information like phone number or email address and a description.

You can also upload documents like

• Contracts

• Offers

• Orders

You can add your own event company as a supplier for stock that is your property.
