The Eventix ticket types

This is a list of ticket types (we call them products) that are synced from Eventix to Eventication. We're given some information like

• Name of the product

• Description

• Amount used

• Total amount

These datapoints can help you identify the correct product for when you start distributing the tickets between members and list forms.

Open up a product and you can click the Use on eventication? badge to toggle using this product on our platform or not.

Adding ticket types

The first time you check out the products page, it will be empty. Click the button to search for new products, directly from your Eventix shop. Select the products you want and add them.

Sync

The platform will sync the product data and new products to the platform every hour. You can manually trigger a sync by clicking the button. This sync happens in the background so give it some time and refresh your page.
