This guide will help you integrate Eventix with your Eventication platform. This powerful integration allows event organizers like you to extend the capabilities of Eventication by leveraging Eventix for entry ticket management. Let's dive into the details of how this integration works and how you can make the most out of it.
By connecting Eventix with your Eventication account, you now have the ability to issue actual entry tickets directly to your members or list visitors. This feature will save you a lot of time and clicks.
Direct ticket issuance: Send actual entry tickets to your members and list visitors superfast.
Enhanced attendee experience: Issuing actual tickets contributes to a more positive and engaging experience for receivers while never leaving the Eventication website.
Unlimited tickets: There is no cap on the number of tickets you can issue through this integration. It has been designed to accommodate events of all sizes. The only limit is the one you set on a ticket. Sold out = sold out!
Cost-free integration: This integration is offered at no additional charge for all current and future Eventication customers, aligning with our commitment to providing value-added services.
Automated ticketing for members: Connect tickets to our rewarding system, enabling automated distribution based on various filters.
Moderator permissions: Control who can issue tickets within your organization by utilizing moderator permissions.
We only allow one ticket partner to be integrated per event.
On our integration page you can select a new integration using the button.
Once you added the Eventix integration, you will be presented with a couple of steps on how to finalize the integration. Add access keys to your Eventix dashboard and copy and paste those values into the form presented in Eventication. If both fields have been populated, click the continue button.
The page will automatically redirect to Eventix where you will be asked to log in and allow Eventication access to your Eventix account.
After you have allowed access, you will be redirected to Eventication. After a couple of seconds you will be presented with all your company events that exist on Eventix. Select the correct one (the one you want to integrate).
After selecting the correct event, Eventication will create a new shop in your event and do some configurations automatically.
That's it! The Eventix integration is now live 🎉. From now on you can add tickets for your list forms or your members.
Once everything is set up, your products list will be empty. Click the button. The platform will show you all the known Eventix ticket types for your event. Select those that you want to import on Eventication.
