How to add a link in a text field on the platform

You can add clickable links linking to your downloads in any text field across the platform for example in messages, descriptions, announcements, or instructions.

1. Click inside the text field where you want to add the link.

2. Use the following text format: '[your link text](https://www.yourlink.com)'

3. Replace the text and URL with your own content. Example: View the festival map '[here](https://www.yourlink.com)' When saved, this will appear as:

   View the festival map here

This works the same way in emails and descriptions throughout the platform.
