How to connect the printer

Our printers need to have a standard electrical outlet and an internet cable connection (RJ45). It is very important that the internet access is free and unobstructed, so no VPN configurations.

Once connected, the display of the black case below the printer will show an IP address. This means the printer is connected to the internet.

The printer blinks orange and does not print

First things first: Make sure the printer is located in direct sunlight. These printers have a UV sensor that automatically stops the printer from working if it detects UV.

If the sun isn't the problem, try these solutions:

• Eject the cartridge and make sure the first wristband only has a tiny bit (1mm) sticking out of the cartridge. Reinsert the cartridge and try again.

• Turn off the printer, remove the data and energy cable, reinsert the cables and try again.

There is a small orange light on the printer

This is the printer indicating there are less than 25 wristbands left in the cartridge.
