How can I add this download to an email

1. Go to the Communication module and create a new email.

2. Use the following text format to insert your download link: '[this is a link with text](https://www.google.com)'

3. Replace the URL with your download link from the Downloads section.

Example: 'You can download the file by clicking [here](https://www.yourlink.com)' When you send the email, recipients will see a clickable text (“here”) that opens the file directly.
