Email Addresses

Here you can manage the list of email addresses that can be used throughout the platform for notifications and forwarded replies.

These email addresses are managed at the organisation level, not per individual event. Only company moderators can add or remove addresses. Once configured, they become available in different modules across all events within your organisation.

These addresses are used:

  • to send outgoing notifications (e.g. planning confirmations, accreditation emails)

  • to define where incoming replies should be delivered

We recommend creating functional email addresses like [email protected] or [email protected].

That way, your team only receives relevant replies and doesn’t get flooded with unrelated emails.
