# Tickets after approval

Our [list](https://docs.eventication.com/event/accreditation/lists) module allows you to collect entities, verify them and only then allow them to download **tickets** and **parking cards**. This manual shows you how to set that up.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Open Accreditation on your event

Go to your moderator [overview](https://eventication.com/admin/events) of all the events you manage and click your event. On top of the page, click "Accreditation", then, below "Lists", click on "All".
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Create or open a list

Creating a list can be done by pressing the "New" button. Give it a name, fill in some data and done. Open a list by clicking on it.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Go to Registration

Click the "Registration" button. This is where we will allow [forms](https://docs.eventication.com/event/accreditation/lists/forms) to register for your list. Click the edit button ![](/files/qsq3zoIrmh0VQc0EnjAx).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Fill the registration data

You can customize the registration page, the email we notify when new forms are registered, when the registration closes, ...

It's important to turn on "**Registrations must be approved?**" and "**Allow creating people and vehicles before being approved?**".
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Edit your ticket and parking card settings

To use tickets in your list, click "Tickets" in the list sidebar and turn on "**Use attendee tickets?**". Feel free to configure more.

For parking cards, click on "Parking cards" in the list sidebar and turn on "**Has parking?**". Feel free to configure more.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Start using

Our list is now ready to go! Share the URL you can find in the "Registration" tab so entities can register for your event. They are **not** able to download tickets or parking cards before you have approved them.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.eventication.com/event-how-to/accreditation/tickets-after-approval.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
