Which logos and banners can I upload

In the Branding section, you can upload the following visual elements:

Default small logo Recommended size: 200 x 200 px Maximum size: 5MB Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG Default medium logo Recommended size: 500 x 500 px Maximum size: 5MB Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG Default horizontal logo Recommended size: 2400 x 640 px Maximum size: 8MB Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

Default Event list logo: Recommended size: 2400 x 1600 px Maximum size: 10MB Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

All sizes are in pixels. Upload high-resolution images for the best results across different screen types.

If you are using our Planning module, it’s mandatory to upload all these logo files before your environment can go live. These visuals are used throughout the crew interface and communication flows, so make sure everything is set before launch.
