Bulk print wristbands

Available for events that use our wristband printers

If your event uses our wristband printers, you have the possibility to print wristbands in bulk. The easiest way to do this is by using our multi-select features.

An example of selecting multiple things

As you can see on the image, once you select 1 or more people, a new header will appear that show you a couple of buttons to do on those people. For this example you can click on "Wristbands".

A new window will pop up that asks you to select a printer where you want to print the wristbands on, and a button to start the printing process.

There is a limit to print 25 wristbands in one go. When the printer starts printing you can navigate to the second page and select another 25 people to print wristbands for.

It's very important not to schedule too many wristbands for printing as the printer has a maximum number of "jobs waiting". So when the printer is halfway done with your command, only then start the next command. This way the printer is printing almost constantly and no wristbands will be forgotten.
