Assign an order to the visitors or vehicles that will pick up the items.

What is an assignment?

Assignments let the form responsible (or your event team) decide who will pick up the ordered items.

Common examples:

• Assign to one or more visitors (people on the form)

• Assign to one or more vehicles

Assignments support partial distribution:

• One order can be split across multiple visitors/vehicles.

• You can decide how much each person/vehicle will pick up.

Why assignments are useful

• Clear pickup responsibility: you immediately know who should pick up what.

• Less confusion at pickup: the “unassigned” indicator helps identify missing assignments.

Rules to keep in mind

You can’t assign more than the order amount in total.

If you assign too much, the platform will keep the order consistent and you’ll need to reduce the assigned amounts.
